How To Make Money Online & How To Make Money At Home

There are various ways someone can make money online. Yes, it really is possible and it is NOT a myth. The reason for this is because people are increasingly purchasing goods and services through the use of the internet and they are not longer afraid that they will become victims of scams.

For example, 10 years most people wouldn’t even have heard of Ebay, Amazon or even Google, however, these terms are now household names and all the abovementioned companies derive their profits 100% from the use of the internet through various forms of online media.

The essence of money online depends on the traffic that you can control and muster. That sounds easy in theory, but is a little difficult to implement in realty, unless you have taken a few courses on how to do this as internet marketing is a relatively knew phenomenon and most people still think if you are able to rank your website highly on the search engines you’re performing some sort of Voodoo magic on your sites.

Now in general there are two ways of making money online and they are:


Free Methods – these include, making a free website using other sites out there such as Squidoo.com, Hubpages.com or Blogspot.com then diverting traffic to your pages that you create on those sites.

Paid Methods – this includes creating up a page yourself on your on domain hosting and server.

Now there are pros and cons to both methods, however if I were you I would shy away from the free methods, because you would essentially be creating an entire business based on someone else’s website that you do  not own nor control. If you created a website yourself on your own hosting, you can pretty much talk about anything you like on it and you’ll be able sell it in return for a profit. This is not so with the free methods and you’ll be restricted by the terms and conditions of the various sites.

Most newbies, who are new to internet marketing seem to believe that by creating a website money will just magically flow into their bank accounts.

Well it’s unfortunate that in reality, making a website is actually the easy part. Yes that’s right, making the site is the easy bit, getting traffic and sales is what puts most internet marketers off.
