I have taken the liberty to do a review of the best email marketing service around for you. That way it'll save you research because I know how much of a pain it is to do research by yourself. I've been there and it's not fun!

In short, there are two outstanding leaders in the email marketing software world.

However, the word email marketing software is a bit misleading, because these are actual websites that you log into with real accounts so that you can manage your email lists and build your online empire with. So it's not like a piece of software that you download onto your computer.

Now, the two most famous email marketing services are:

Aweber and Get Response

Now, here's a quick comparison of Aweber VS Get Response.

I have never used Get Response personally, but I am currently using Aweber. Now for the purpose of creating this page, I went out and dug around and did some great research. This is what I have concluded.

Aweber is better than Get Response in these aspects:

1. Customer Support - The customer support from Aweber is fantastic. Every time I had a problem I just needed to submit a ticket and I would get assistance within a few ours. Sometimes I can even get help from the live chat. So I am very happy with the customer support you get from Aweber.

2. Trackability - You get to track your email open rates, and the click through rates of links in your emails with Aweber. This is important because you'll be able to test different headlines and see what gets a higher open rate! This alone is enormous. When you talk about internet marketing with anyone who is a guru, they always tell you the importance of testing and tracking customer response rates. As far as I understand, the traffic you get from Get Response is not as sophisticated as the one you can get from Aweber, so clearly Aweber has an advantage over Get Response in this regard.

In fact the tracking for Aweber is so fine tuned you get to track everything down to each individual subscriber on your email list. For example, if you send out a broadcast using Aweber it has a function whereby you can get to track the click through rate of people opening and accessing links you provide in the email. Once you are armed with this knowledge you can start sending people more relevant and customized messages depending on whether they have clicked on the link you provided or not.

3. Customer friendly training - You get top notch training from Aweber about how to use the email marketing service properly. Aweber gives you step by step instructional videos that will teach you how to use your autoresponder effectively so that you can maximize the profitability of your email list.

4. Better deliverability - Aweber has been in business for more than 10 years and they have been focusing on one thing - autoresponders! That's why they are able to provide you with greater deliverability and this makes it stand out.

5. User to use customer interface - Aweber is set out in a format that is extremely easy to use and understand. You do not require an extensive tutorial and training about how to effectively use this email marketing software because it is set out in such an easy to use format.

6. Easy to Navigate Interface - I just find the interface of Aweber
to be better than that of GetResponse (at least when I tried it out
around 6 months ago).

Get Response is better than Aweber in this respect:

Get Response is cheaper - Get Response allows you get up to 10,000 subscribers a month for $18/month whereas it would cost $70/month for Aweber with the same amount of subscribers. Some argue that Get Response provides you with better value because Aweber only allows you 500 subscribers for $20 month and then price increases with more subscribers. Most features that you would ever use are the same for both, although Aweber's interface is cleaner and easier. Aweber is one of the most expensive autoresponders in the market.

Having said that, if you have 10,000 subscribers on your email list, I'm sure you'll be able to easily cover the $70/month fee. So in short I think Aweber is the superior email marketing service.
