Biography of Don Lapre
Don Lapre born in May 1964 is an American high school dropout. He became a marketing salesman and an
advertisement personality. His marriage took place in the year 1988. He started a business called
Unknown Concepts. Don started selling a book consisting of 36 pages wherein he describes how to recover
Federal Home Association insurance refund after paying off a home mortgage. Besides this he started offering
900 phone lines. Don became known for being frequently seen on television infomercials programs.
In 1992 Don began broadcasting “The Making Money Show” which promised the television viewers that they could
make money easily as he had made it. The principal product of Don’s show was a booklet, tips on common
sense. The product was sold through a company called New Strategies.

In 1994 and also 1995 he was hauled up by the administration for evading paying taxes and also
for non registration of his business. He became bankrupt in 1999 because Universal Business
Strategies bought his business. Don’s name and photo was used by the new owner and continued
to market the product.
In the year 1997 Don wanted Dough Grant to explore the idea to market the World’s Greatest
Vitamin. Don claimed that the vitamin could cure all types of chronic diseases. The FDA in
2005 warned Don to refrain from such declarations.
It is advisable that character and trustworthiness are two elements an entrepreneur should
have. Simply making false claims to make quick money is very risky.

Via the Internet there are several people making good money. Don is known for being on television
infomercial programs selling his product. He also is known for scamming people with get rich quick
schemes. Don used his name and photo to promote the fake product for the taken-over company. Anyone
could recognize Don easily. Don actually through his infomercial propagated anyone could make profits by putting up
small posters and receive big sums.
Beware of fake infomercials
All kinds of publications are available which have attractive looks but with less matter. It is not safe
to buy such periodicals. Do not go by looks only, see it contains useful material.
Beware of fake advertisements that attract you into buying products having the least information. The
Internet has made a lot easy to buy or sell products through various websites.
